Welcome to my Portrait portfolio. In here you will find many of the portraits in this portfolio were shot as either commercial portraits or editorial pieces. I feel that my black and white portraits reflect best my personal style. I think that when one removes all color from an image the viewer is forced to observe the subject with no distractions. You will notice that many of my BW portraits involve a high contrast, bold use of shadows, and sharp image. This technique is inspired by the photographs of Nigel Parry whom I consider one of the top photographers on the planet today.

Although I prefer black and white I understand that clients most often request color portraits so much of my work involves shooting color portraits.
